**Disclaimer**

Like all Carbon Fiber and FRP products on the market, this product must be test fitted & prepped before installing it. Often, slight modifications are required such as trimming, sanding, filling, or smoothing the surface in order to achieve the best fitment and appearance. This is NOT an OEM product, fitment will NOT always be perfect straight out of the box. We strongly recommend having this product installed by a body shop experienced in working with AFTERMARKET body kit pieces, not a standard collision repair center that works on insurance claims. Images for this item are an accurate representation of THIS PRODUCT, properly installed by a professional installer.

 

The policy below applies to Monaco Motorsports’ aerodynamic, exterior and interior body parts and accessories.

 Shipping:

Processing time for orders may vary and are typically 24-48 hours, we make every effort to ship orders as quickly as possible. We stand by the quality and workmanship of our products. All products shipped to customers are in good condition and carefully inspected for any damages or defects before shipping. Tracking number are provided for most products. If a package is lost in transit it is the customers responsibility to notify Monaco Motorsports and file a claim with the shipping courier. If the wrong item is sent, a return label will be provided to the customer and a replacement will be sent immediately. Orders can NOT be canceled once a tracking number is made and the order is in transit. 

 

Returns:

We want to make the return process as quick and easy as possible for our customers. After an order has been received, the merchandise is eligible for return within 72 hours only in the case that the items ordered have been damaged and Monaco Motorsports has been contacted within the 72 hours of possession. In all circumstances, the customer must email info@MonacoMS.com before proceeding with returning an item. All returns must be done with the authorization of Monaco Motorsports. Returns will be accepted when the merchandise is unused and in its original packaging. A 15% restocking fee may apply and the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount. It is the customers responsibility to verify correct application and/or sizing of parts before installation. Custom, special orders, and products that require modification are non refundable and are not eligible for return.

 

Cancellations or Modifications Before Shipment:  

To alter or cancel an order before it ships, simply contact us. Should your order be processed already, a 5% merchant fee will apply for cancellations paid via Credit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Venmo. If Affirm was used, the fee may range from 5-10%. These fees offset processing and refund costs incurred by merchants.

 
 
Fitment:

Fitment is guaranteed when installed by an appropriately licensed and accredited professional installer at a body shop. Due to our parts being handmade, naturally there may be slight variances present. Parts not installed by said body shops may be subject to no refund. Once an item has been modified, returns will not be accepted in any circumstance. Products that have been installed may be subject to no refund unless approved by Monaco Motorsports to be defective. Monaco Motorsports does not recognize car dealerships, detailing shops, and/or tire shops as appropriately suited professional installers of its products. Any products damaged due to failed installation attempts are not considered to be in acceptable return condition and Monaco Motorsports is not liable for any return or exchange accordingly. In the case that there are any fitment issues with any products, Monaco Motorsports needs to be notified within 2 weeks of the delivery date provided by the shipping carrier. Photos of fitment issues need to be emailed to info@MonacoMs.com within 2 weeks delivery in order to receive a full refund.

 

Shipping Damages:

Damage during shipment may occur and a claim may need to be opened with the shipping carrier. If an order is received by the customer damaged, you must immediately contact info@MonacoMS.com with pictures of the damage. Items damaged during shipment and approved by Monaco Motorsports will be replaced in exchange for the damaged item. 

 

Returned orders that have been approved by Monaco Motorsports are carefully inspected before issuing refunds. If returned orders are not packaged properly and are damaged during shipment, the customer is liable for the damage. If a returned item is shipped without acceptance or authorization by Monaco Motorsports it may be subject to no refund. 

 

After 30 days, no returns are accepted unless approved by Monaco Motorsports.

 

Backorders/Custom Orders:

Any items that are backordered require a 2 week lead time to be produced and will be shipped out as soon as possible! Customers will be notified if an item is backordered and will have the option to cancel should the customer not desire to wait for the item to be produced. If the customer agrees to wait for the item, the order is non-refundable.
